03 / A simple collaboration

Commission
Accept the scope and agreement. A cleared 50% deposit reserves production.
Source Lock
Approve the exact design and source versions, permitted refinements and exclusions before production.
Creative Direction Lock
Approve the photographic stills, treatment, varied shot plan, sound direction and relevant layout or script. The 30% milestone is due before motion production.
First Cut
Review the exact preview. Send one consolidated feedback list per round; two rounds within the locked direction are included.
Final Approval
Your named approver approves the exact final version in writing. Earlier approved stages reopen only through an agreed change request.
Delivery
After written final approval and the final 20% payment, receive the purchased files and usage notes.
Your quote confirms the production window after source review. Dates depend on complete assets, cleared deposit and timely milestone approvals.

Can I order a vertical version too?
Yes, as a separately quoted deliverable. Every film includes one primary aspect ratio. A simple reframe is priced differently from a native 9:16 or 16:9 rebuild, which can require new compositions, stills and generation.
What resolution will I receive?
Standalone refined stills are supplied as 4K PNGs, with 3840 pixels on the long edge, plus web-ready JPG copies. Films are delivered as 1080p MP4 files in the agreed primary aspect ratio. A 4K still does not mean the film is supplied in 4K.
Are editable source files included?
Final purchased image, film and PDF exports are included. Working files, production prompts, editable timelines and raw generations are not included unless the quotation explicitly says otherwise.
What does from pricing mean?
Published rates are the starting investment for one project with production-ready source material. Source preparation, extra formats, licensing and expanded scope are itemized in a fixed quotation before you commit.
Can I order stills or a presentation PDF without a film?
Yes. Refined stills are available in sets of 4, 10 or 20 images. Branded presentation PDFs are available in 6, 12 or 20 pages. Each can be commissioned independently, with two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
