The enquiry form prepares text in your own email application. The website does not submit or store those form entries. If you send the email or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and project information. Your email or messaging provider handles its own processing.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, review project suitability and prepare a quotation. Project information shared during a commission is used to deliver the agreed work. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this form.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process technical request data for delivery, security and reliability. Email and messaging providers may process data outside your country. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information when the font resources are fetched. This website has no studio-installed analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Hosting or authentication services may use their own necessary cookies. We will update this notice before adding direct form submission, analytics or advertising tools.

Project files and retention

Do not submit confidential material until sharing arrangements are agreed. Access is limited to what is needed to review or deliver the work. Enquiry information is kept only as needed for correspondence and quotation; commissioned-project records are handled according to the service agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
