Film, imagery and presentation under one creative direction.
Choose the complete packageOne property, shared source material and creative direction. Payment milestones: $6,250 to reserve production, $3,750 at Creative Direction Lock and $2,500 before clean delivery.
Final scope depends on source quality, intended use, formats, design lock, narration, branding, licensing and deadline. 50% reserves production; 30% is due at Creative Direction Lock before motion production; 20% is due before clean final delivery.
Approved, consistent renders with adequate coverage. Published starting rates apply.
Usable references needing additional material, lighting or image preparation. A 20% preparation uplift applies to the affected production scope.
Significant preparation, supported reconstruction or new views. A 35–60% uplift on affected production scope, or a custom quote after feasibility review.
Insufficient or contradictory references. We decline film production until suitable sources are supplied or a separately scoped visualization stage is approved.
We confirm the tier, affected fee and preparation work before you commit. A source uplift does not authorize design invention. Changing an approved source or direction requires a written change request; studio errors are corrected without using your revision allowance.
New camera views, plans-only visualization, model preparation, complex people or voice sequences, multiple buildings, narration, licensing and additional formats are quoted separately after review. An additional 9:16 film may need new compositions and generation; it is not automatically a crop of a 16:9 film.
Every commission has one agreed project scope, audience and creative direction. No area formulas. No surprise generation fees.
Review my source materialYes, as a separately quoted deliverable. Every film includes one primary aspect ratio. A simple reframe is priced differently from a native 9:16 or 16:9 rebuild, which can require new compositions, stills and generation.
Standalone refined stills are supplied as 4K PNGs, with 3840 pixels on the long edge, plus web-ready JPG copies. Films are delivered as 1080p MP4 files in the agreed primary aspect ratio. A 4K still does not mean the film is supplied in 4K.
Final purchased image, film and PDF exports are included. Working files, production prompts, editable timelines and raw generations are not included unless the quotation explicitly says otherwise.
Published rates are the starting investment for one project with production-ready source material. Source preparation, extra formats, licensing and expanded scope are itemized in a fixed quotation before you commit.
Yes. Refined stills are available in sets of 4, 10 or 20 images. Branded presentation PDFs are available in 6, 12 or 20 pages. Each can be commissioned independently, with two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
